What we receive
We may receive your name, business contact details, public website URL and information you choose to email or share during a booking. Google Calendar handles bookings; Google Workspace handles email. We do not request patient information or payment-card data through this website.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, assess potential projects, prepare proposals, provide contracted services and maintain required business records. We do not sell client customer data.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical logs. Google processes business email and booking information. Planned Stripe, DocuSign, audit APIs and advertising tools are not connected to this site; disclosures will be updated before activation.
Data access and retention
We aim to minimize unnecessary data retention, limit authorized access and maintain appropriate safeguards. Some providers retain technical records and backups. Formal retention and deletion schedules must be finalized before site-hosted forms go live.
Cookies and tracking
This static website does not intentionally include marketing pixels or analytics scripts. Infrastructure may use necessary technical or security mechanisms. Tracking and consent notices will be updated if additional tools are introduced.
Healthcare privacy
Do not send patient names, medical records, protected health information (PHI), or sensitive patient details through our email or booking links. PHI-related projects require separate compliance review and agreements.
